KMI Connect supports two audiences: customers using the public Room Decorator to visualize KMI decor papers, and KMI staff using internal workflows (attendance, DMS routes, sales orders, production, dashboards). Use the right section below for your situation.
Customer (Room Decorator) support
Use this section if you're a homeowner, interior designer, or anyone browsing the decor paper catalog or trying the Room Decorator.
Common questions
- How do I create an account? — Open the app → Welcome screen → "I'm a Customer" → "Sign up free", or use "Sign in with Apple" on iOS.
- How do I try a design in my room? — Tap "Try the visualizer", pick a room photo from your gallery or take a new one, drag the wall rectangle to your wall, then tap any design at the bottom to apply it.
- How do I save the preview? — In the visualizer, tap the "Save" button. Your decorator preview is saved to your device's Photos library.
- How do I share the preview? — Tap the "Share" button to open the system share sheet (WhatsApp, iMessage, Instagram, etc.).
- How do I request pricing? — Tap "Get a quote" on any design or inside the visualizer. Fill out the inquiry form and KMI sales will contact you.
- How do I delete my account? — Open the app → sign in → Profile → "Delete my account". Your account is deactivated immediately.
If something isn't working
Email support@kmigroup.online with:
- What you were trying to do (browse the catalog, save a preview, send an inquiry, etc.)
- Your device type (iPhone / iPad / Android) and OS version
- The app version number (shown on the in-app Support screen if available)
- A short description and, if helpful, a screenshot
KMI staff support
Use this section if you're a KMI employee signing in with company-issued credentials.
What to include in your request
- Your full name and employee email
- The module where the issue occurred — attendance, DMS routes, sales orders, director dashboards, portal WebView, reel production, reel rewinding, decor paper manufacturing, etc.
- The date and approximate time of the issue
- Your unit, site, or reporting location if relevant
- Your app version/build number (in-app Support screen)
- Screenshots or brief reproduction steps when possible

- Login, password, profile, or account access help
- Attendance check-in/check-out, selfie upload, location permission issues
- Background duty tracking, route history, geofence/customer visit, sync questions
- Sales order, picture order, director dashboard, portal WebView, reel production, rewinding, decor paper manufacturing
- Profile correction, account access changes, internal data clarification
Account and privacy requests
Customers can delete their account in-app (Profile → "Delete my account"). For other requests — profile correction, data export, privacy clarification — email support@kmigroup.online.
Staff account changes are handled through KMI HR. Email support@kmigroup.online.
